Tract 2 of Certificate of Survey No. 21978 (records of Flathead County, Montana) and containing 20.840 acres; subject to and together with a 20 foot communication systems easement, a 40 foot road and utility easement, a 60 foot declared county road, a 30 foot utility easement, all as shown on the Plat of Starling, Phases 1-3; subject to and together with all appurtenant easements of records.
