About
An independent site run by Starling homeowners
Starling Neighbors is a website for owners and residents of the Starling subdivision in Kalispell, Montana. It’s run by an informal group of Starling homeowners.
Not the developer. Not the HOA.
This site is not affiliated with Starling Development, LLC or Starling Community Association, Inc., and it is not an official Association channel. Nothing posted here is an official notice to the Association, and polls here are not official votes.
Who can join
Owners, tenants, and household members at a Starling property who are 18 or older. A neighbor admin checks each sign-up against the Starling lot list before the account opens.
